What are the most effective techniques for balancing research, writing, and personal life during your PhD thesis journey?

Balancing research, writing and personal life during a PhD can be one of the hardest parts of the journey which I have recently realised. I am currently working on my thesis and sometimes it feels like there just are not enough hours in the day and between my studies and a part-time job the workload can get overwhelming, What helps me most is setting small achievable goals and focusing on one task at a time. I also try to keep a simple routine and make sure to rest when I need to and I make sure that i am not over overburdening myself. Even a short walk or a chat with a friend can make a big difference and i have recently found a dissertation writing service and plan to take some help from them to manage things more smoothly. I found it in an educational forum and I am glad that I have discovered it!
