Target audience

• Customer organizations

Purpose

• Enable a customer organization to select/deselect and apply favorite trade items.

Guidance

Selected trade items:

• Can only be selected or deselected by a customer organization and supplier organizations(app only) of the trade-items;
• Can not be deselected by supplier organizations if selected by customer organizations;
• Applies to trade items of selected supplier organizations;
• Can be seen by the supplier;
• Can be notified to the supplier.

Packing configuration selections:

• Enable a customer organization to set trade item packing configs as primary. If set to primary, other packing configs in the trade item are set to secundary;
• Can only be enabled and disabled by a customer organization;
• Applies to trade items of selected supplier organizations;
• Can not be seen by the supplier.

Methods of selecting trade items

There are four ways to select trade items as a customer:

• Select trade items on the platform Floraxchange by adding the trade item to a week list;
• Select trade items on the buyers platform Flordiday by marking the trade item as a favourite;
• Enable suppliers to mark their trade items as your selected trade items by enabling this in the system settings on the Floriday platform;
• Select trade items via the Floriday API.
